No vertical scroll on containers page (mobile, non-stacks mode)

This is working now, but it appears we don't have a vertical scroll for the containers page on mobile devices (when not in stacks mode).

The dashboard Updates Available widget scroll was fixed, but the main containers list view lacks vertical scrolling on mobile when not using the stacks/grouped layout.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Drydock on a mobile device
2. Navigate to Containers page
3. Switch to non-stacked/ungrouped view
4. Attempt to scroll vertically

Expected: Page scrolls normally
Actual: No vertical scroll available

Fixed for v1.5.0-rc.2.

Root cause was the shared containers-page scroll wrapper: in flat/non-stacks mode, the main DataViewLayout content column was missing the mobile touch-scroll treatment used elsewhere, so vertical pan would get stuck on mobile.

Changed files:

• ui/src/components/DataViewLayout.vue
• ui/tests/components/DataViewLayout.spec.ts

The fix adds dd-touch-scroll and overflow-x-hidden to the main scroll container, and the regression test covers that shared mobile scroll behavior. This restores vertical scrolling on the Containers page when stack grouping is off.
