Dashboard: Updates Available is still cutting off updates list

What happened?

I believe this was reported as fixed in 1.4.5 but looks like it is still not working. The Updates available list on the dashboard is not populating the entire space of that panel and there is no scroll to see the additional items that are missing either.

As you can see in the screenshot, there are 9 updates available but, I'm only seeing 6.

What did you expect?

To see the entire 9 updates in the panel.

Thanks for reporting — this is a real bug, not a layout issue.

The "Updates Available" widget had a hard-coded cap of 6 items (RECENT_UPDATES_LIMIT = 6) that silently dropped anything beyond that. The widget container already supports scrolling (overflow-y-auto), so the limit was just preventing all entries from rendering.

Fix is in progress on feature/v1.5-observability — removed the cap so all pending updates display with the existing scroll behavior.

Updates Available now populates the entire space in v1.5.0-rc.1. However vertical scrolling is kind of weird. It scrolls vertically but most of the columns are shifting to the left - may be related to the other bug I reported about some shifting.

Good catch — the column drift while scrolling was caused by the scroll container not reserving space for the scrollbar, so columns shifted left when the scrollbar appeared.

Fixed for rc.2:

• The Updates Available widget now uses scrollbar-gutter: stable so the scrollbar space is always reserved, preventing horizontal layout shift
• Table headers stay pinned and aligned at every scroll position

This is the same underlying scrollbar-gutter fix from #217 applied to the dashboard widget table. Will ping you when rc.2 drops.
