Not all icons and status have tooltips

Could tooltips please be added everywhere it makes sense?

In this example, only “new” has a tooltip.

Good news @ovizii — this is fixed on the v1.5 branch (commit b8800084).

We did a full tooltip audit and added v-tooltip to all status dots, badges, and interactive icons across every view — containers, watchers, registries, triggers, agents, audit, security, and the dashboard widgets. Ships with v1.5.0.

Quick update @ovizii — we found a few spots the initial audit missed, so rc.2 will include additional tooltip coverage. If you notice any icons or status indicators still missing tooltips after trying rc.2, let us know and we'll make sure they're covered.
