Integrate with Google (sign in)

Acceptance Criteria:

- We display a "Sign In" button on the login page.
- If the user exists in our database we perform a login.
- If the user doesn't exist in our database we create an account and then perform a login.
- To be logged in the user needs to use an account in CodersCrew domain.
