Search function doesn't work properly (doesn't read polish signs)

What did you expect to happen?
Finding a result after typing 'mikoł' in the search window.

What actually happened?
No data matched to 'mikoł', what is not true. The system shows 1 record with 'Mikołaj' after typing 'mikol'.

How can we reproduce this problem?
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Members'
2. Type 'mikoł' in the search field
3. See no data
4. Type 'mikol' instead of 'mikoł'
5. See the result: 'Mikołajczyk'
