add support for type of hours

Because of our WBSO, it would be nice if we could easily determine the type of work is done during the time tracking. For instance:
- support
- researching new technology
- feature development
- ...

This way it's possible to determine what hours are eligible for WBSO and what not .. now I always have to do this manually.. #SAD !
