Outdated README info about the fork of obs #52

It looks like this part is no longer correct after the latest update:
While this plugin works with OBS 28 and up, it requires this change at obsproject/obs-studio#8051
It might still be worth mentioning that it's required for older versions though, just like it's done in the release notes?
I wanted to send a PR, but then I wasn't sure how you'd want it to be corrected, so I thought it would probably be easier for you to fix it yourself :)
P.S. thank you for doing this project! Looking forward to migrating to it from the VLC plugin. Yours not only solves existing problems, but adds awesome features!
