Add projects view displaying list of our open source projects that we create and/or endorse.

Details

• Add Projects nav button link to header
• Add Projects section to main/home page
• Add Projects view page
  • Fetch repos using github api, display in list view with tabsOpen Source
  • Note: Will have Commercial closed source projects tab and list view but hold off for right now
