Implement 30 Minute Skills page

See the 30 Minute Skills design in the "Finalized Pages" tab of our Figma.

Components for all of the items shown on the page have already been implemented (although they don't yet pull from actual data sources). The task for this ticket is simply to create a page using the Education Initiatives template created in #53 (already includes the sidebar) which contains the given description in addition to a grid format "Recent Classes" section using the component from #79 and an "Upcoming Classes" section using the component from #68.
