Stone to Stone doesnt work without memorystone.use

2 different solutions would be to add another permission for compass transportation, or to assume that memorystone.use is for compass transportation.

i would assume memorystone.use is for compass transportation as stone to stone teleportation is a secondary addition. Will need to add an || checkpermission("memorystone.usestonetostone") to the onPlayerInteract() and do some extra checks for "memorystone.use" further in to ensure correct compass permissions.

We could refactor it to be memorystone.usecompass instead - but I would want memorystone.use to work for people who already have memorystone and are upgrading as a legacy support.
