This doesn't seem to work on Firefox

I am trying out some of the apps on share.  Came across this one.  Finally tried it on Chrome, and it just works but I use FF normally.  the Mic image doesn't display, and the `ctrl-a` doesn't trigger in Firefox either.  i don't see any errors.  Is this expected behavior?
