Feature request: add BFAST algorithm to ETM to identify break points in time series #7

Description

@tawoodard

Requested by user that our ETM a lot and thought it would be very useful if we incorporated the BFAST algorithm in it, to identify break points (points where the data changes direction) in time series.

This is one of the key papers for the BFAST method for detecting break points in time series: Verbesselt, J., Hyndman, R., Newnham, G., & Culvenor, D. (2010). Detecting trend and seasonal changes in satellite image time series. Remote sensing of Environment, 114(1), 106-115.‏

Would be great to have some similar approach available on Earth Trends Modeler.
