Add a Header where you can change the Language

• Add Languages:
• German
• Englisch
• Yugoslavian
• Russian
• French
• Spanish

This should be enough for the beginning

Add a button or a Drodown in a Sidebar to be able to change languages but also keep in mind that the language is detected from the browsers setting this could be the point where we need to work with caching or better said cookies since we dont want the user to need to change the language evry time
