Implement location question for self-report form

Description

• Add to Tripetto a "Get location input from user" question

Acceptance Criteria

• Should be the 5th question
• Question reads: "Share your location to see local reports:"
  • Zipcode (needs to accept only numeric input 5 characters long)
  • Locate Me
    • When clicked, triggers browser permission prompt to "Know your location")
    • If accepted, gets geolocation via browser
    • If blocked, highlight the zipcode field in red in response (if it's empty)
