possibility for the public to upload information #5
Description
When somebody is in front of a tree that's in the database, they should be able to upload a picture about the tree or information about for example the tree's circumference. Like that a database of pictures of a certain tree can be filled by the public. Maybe they shoud be able to report problems with the tree as well (i.e. it seems ill, is no longer there, ...). These reports should be sent to the general reporting point of the city of Ghent.
In addition, people should also be able to upload a new tree, that is not yet in the app's database.
