How to reset the config?

I just installed the game. Tried to reconfigure the keys but the interface confused me so I ended up pressing random keys. Now the ENTER key is mapped to arrow up and it no longer enters submenus. How can I reset the config? I looked for a configuration file in my home but couldn't find any.

I'm using Linux.
