Cannot install_helm_client while get.helm.sh is down. #89

What would you like to be added
The installer hosted at https://get.helm.sh is currently unavailable: helm/helm#31434.
This is preventing CI workflows from being able to perform any helm actions, ie: any k8s cluster management.
Could there be a backup procedure to handle such incidents more gracefully? Perhaps a secondary download url or git clone?
Why is this needed
When get.helm.sh is down, our CI workflows unable to run, making it much harder and more error-prone to manage our production k8s deployments.
