Plugins page Web GUI never loads

Describe the bug
After installing the application using the one-shot script and even following that with the first-install script the GUI never completely loads. The Plugins Manager page never completely loads. The Plugin Store just spins and any attempt to manually install a plugin vial the Install Single Plugin...to trying to browse the Plugin Registry results in a popup stating the - Function is not loaded yet, refresh page. Also trying to save the Gituub token doesn't seem to work too. I have tried different browsers, ISP connections, wireless, wired...all same result. Nothing resolves this issue for me

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. go to Plugins Manager page
2. Observe Plugin Store spinning stating Loading

Expected behavior
GUI should completely load
