Plugins and the UFC. will the update enable these new things

I havent updated in a month, if i update today, will these new things be enabled?
do we have a choice to run the old system or the plugin system after updating?
is the UFC just a plugin or working for both systems?

1. If you update today, yes you will have the new features. I think you will need to enable them in the configuration file manually.
2. You could continue to run the old system as long as you want, it just won't continue to receive updates. I plan to do a final "release" to capture the built-in managers before pushing v3 "Plugins"
3. UFC is just a manager for the old system for now, we will need to recreate it as a plugin once I get the plugins implementation finished
