Hello! really sorry for the incredibly delayed response

by understanding (at the time of initially authoring this repository) is that the pinouts were different. The guitars for guitar take advantage of the nunchucks connector which can have slightly different variations.

To be honest at the time of writing this I don't know if I believe my previous stance that it doesn't support world tour guitars. If world tour guitars exactly match GH3 guitars, when you should be good to go. If there's additional buttons on the peripheral than I would assume the UART call would be slightly modified.
