Dear Christian,
I just wanted to let you know that I tried to make a (hopefully) easy-to-use repo of your cat12 standalone version. It runs on our ubuntu-server. I don't know if it would work on other OSs?
Here a short description
This tool provides a BIDS App-compliant pipeline for longitudinal neuroimaging data processing using CAT12 standalone (no MATLAB license required). Key features include:
Automatic detection of longitudinal sessions
Modular, opt-in processing stages (preprocessing, smoothing, QA, TIV, ROI)
No GUI or MATLAB license required
Clean, reproducible installation using UV in a contained environment
Full command-line interface following BIDS App conventions
