Window-move-event does not work #401

Is it reproducible?
yes
If yes, what steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a new event in the event manger
2. Try to add a window move action by clicking "Add Action" -> Category=Window
-> Move a window
3. A error message appears "Error: target label does not exist..."
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The move window option does not work
What version of the product are you using (Binary/Source/32/64bit)? On what
operating system (XP,Vista,7,32/64bit)?
7+ v. 2.5.0 in all versions (x86, x64, source and binary) on Windows 7 x64
What is the language of your operating system/keyboard language?
German/German
