Explorer paste settings are not saved #400

Is it reproducible?
yes
If yes, what steps will reproduce the problem?
1. uncheck the "paste text as file" or "paste image as file" box in the
"Explorer" menu
2. Click "apply" and close settings window by clicking "ok"
3. Now the checkboxes are checked again.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of disabling the paste as...-feature, it remains enabled.
What version of the product are you using (Binary/Source/32/64bit)? On what
operating system (XP,Vista,7,32/64bit)?
7+ v. 2.5.0, happens with all versions (x86, x64, source and binary) on Windows
7 x64
What is the language of your operating system/keyboard language?
German/German
