Unable to get generated sql trace output to show (Simple.Data 0.14) #2

Hi, I've been using your provider for Simple.Data 0.14 and I can't seem to be able to make the process log the generated sql statements to the trace or debug console. Is this a known limitation, or am I forgetting something obvious?
