Summary

Record a short, compelling demo video that shows Taskdeck's core value proposition in action.

Acceptance Criteria

• 60-120 second screen recording
• Shows: problem statement (5s) → paste messy text (10s) → capture (10s) → triage/proposal (15s) → review (15s) → approve and apply (10s) → board updated (10s) → CTA (5s)
• Uses the demo seed with realistic data
• Shows the premium UI skin (design tokens, not raw Tailwind)
• Recorded at 1080p or higher
• Includes captions/subtitles (many watch muted)
• Hosted on YouTube
• Embedded in README and landing page

Implementation Notes

• Use OBS Studio (free) or similar for recording
• Script based on `docs/product/DEMO_SCRIPT.md`
• Run `npm run demo:seed` for realistic data
• Consider background music (royalty-free, subtle)
