* fix(typecheck): suppress vue-tsc 3.2.6 TS6133 false positives on template refs

vue-tsc >=3.2.6 does not count ref="varName" template attributes as a
JavaScript read of the variable, so noUnusedLocals emits TS6133 for
refs that are bound exclusively via the template. Fix three sites:

- ActivityResults.vue: unpack useVirtualList return to individual
  consts and add @ts-expect-error TS6133 on parentRef/virtualItemEls
- InboxView.vue: same pattern for parentRef/virtualItemEls
- StarterPackCatalogModal.vue: remove fileInputRef entirely — the input
  lives inside a <label> so no programmatic .click() is needed; the
  ref was declared but never read from script
