This chapter is reserved for future shipped Integrations and Knowledge surfaces.
The current product already has technical foundations such as imports and webhooks, but it does not yet expose a normal-user workspace chapter of shipped pages called Integrations or Knowledge.
When those pages land, this chapter should explain:
- what integrations are for
- how imports and connectors fit the normal workflow
- what knowledge or search surfaces exist
- how future connector or knowledge actions stay review-safe
Until then, read mentions of integrations or knowledge as roadmap direction, not current navigation.
