"mute" and "unmute" command also toggle the mute state

The commands

* `/raumserver/controller/mute`
* `/raumserver/controller/unmute`

act like

*  `/raumserver/controller/unmute`

so its actually impossible to "blind mute" any devices since this starts a endless loop of events on OpenHAB. :-)
