Menu Text Error

When I load the pak into quake 3, it gives me this error:
Sys_Error: recursive error after: UI_LoadMenuText : MP_NORMALTEXT.DAT file not found!

This project is only compatible with Elite Force, not plain Quake 3. This is a supplement to the engine repository at https://github.com/Chomenor/ioef-cmod.
