Optimize docs for Cloud Wallet

I followed the tutorial to set up Cloud Wallet with Signer App. On Step 10, the green check appeared on the Cloud Wallet website. (It's not really a checkbox, just a checkmark...). However, I already enabled Login with biometrics or device pin in the Chia Signer app. That prompted me for Face ID again on the phone. I didn't notice that, put away my phone and then my Signer Key wasn't properly linked to the Cloud Wallet. When I tried to create a new transaction from Cloud Wallet, I didn't get the notifications on my phone, and it didn't list "Latest Transactions" on the Key Details in Signer App.

I then initiated a Recovery and re-added the Signer Key. This is when I discovered that it was prompting me for Face ID again. After the recovery completed, everything worked as expected and I was able to receive notifications on the mobile app and sign transactions.

I think it's worth mentioning for step 10 in the docs that you also must check the Signer App and check for Face ID/PIN prompts (and not just look for the green checkmark on the Cloud Wallet) to make sure the Signer Key and Cloud Wallet are linked properly.
