Add config option to track average TPS in the opencode title bar

Hey, love the project! If possible it would be great if we could track the TPS in the title bar of opencode as a config option rather than using the toast as the toast popping in and out is rather distracting, it would be a lot better to be able to track the TPS next to the context window and cost in the opencode title.

Just food for thought of course, no obligations to implement!

Unfortunately it's not possible right now. OpenCode only exposes the toast function — no title bar support yet.
I'll keep this issue open and add the option as soon as they expose it! 👍 Other ideas are always welcome though.

I just implemented it, I'll raise a PR this afternoon after I clean up the config variable names
