Confirmation Prompt for python script execution. Skips a tedious step and maintains security/sanity checks.

Found this on a different Unreal MCP project. Think it's a good idea to skip extra steps.

Currently using this mcp.. I have to download the python script... run it using unreal engine.. and then have to copy/paste the log response back to claude. Creating many extra steps.

It not working as expected I make it to work directly with tool but seems like broken. Will do patch it soon.
