Thank you for sharing the model — I’ve been exploring AiGPro and found it very compelling for GPCR ligand profiling. I encountered two issues and wanted to kindly request assistance:
On the download page (https://aicadd.ssu.ac.kr/download
) only the model weight file is available for download. The dataset link (used for training or benchmarking) appears to no longer work or cannot be accessed.
The demo website (https://aicadd.ssu.ac.kr/AiGPro
) also seems to be unavailable or timing out when accessed.
Would it be possible to:
Provide an active download link for the dataset (or a mirror) so that users can reproduce and build upon the results?
Restore or provide a working demo site, or alternatively a downloadable local demo script/notebook?
