What happened?
A bug happened! experiencing a failure in the Checkmarx AST@3 Azdo task when running on ubuntu-latest hosted agents.
However, curl to the exact same URL works successfully on the same agent in the same pipeline. the issue realted to Node-based Checkmarx task runner. no netowrk or any firewall.
