Allow SP to request more frequent checks

At the moment, an SP storing small amount of data is tested once per day. This makes it difficult to troubleshoot configuration errors.

It would be great if Spark offered some sort of on-demand checks.

We need to consider attack vectors. To mitigate them, I think the results of these on-demand checks must not contribute to RSR calculations.

I'd like to work on this by introducing a secure on-demand task queue that lets SPs request extra checks, limited by rate and flagged to avoid RSR impact. Would it be okay to expose this via a small HTTP endpoint or CLI? I’ll keep the logic isolated and write tests for abuse prevention.
