Option to disable damage tilt entirely on servers without the mod #9

It doesn't seem like this mod is really being updated anymore, but I'll go ahead and suggest this anyway...
I find the broken left tilt to be incredibly annoying and distracting, which is why I installed this mod. However, the fact that it doesn't work without the mod on the server makes it of limited usefulness for me, as no servers that I play on support it and in singleplayer I'm usually playing creative mode. As such, I request for an option to be added that disables damage tilt entirely on servers without the mod. When enabled, no camera tilt would take place upon taking damage unless the server has the mod.
