Fix inheritance of Entity descendants #7
Description
The following object do not inherit from Entity but should:
Sketchup::Material
Additionally many of the classes in dummy_objects should inherit from Entity (or DrawingElement) but don't. We could optionally also update this to inherit from the appropriate class.
