Description
The following examples do not work:
parse_date_time3('16/05/2023 13:25')
parse_date_time3('16-05-2023 13:25')
or rather give not the output I expect. It is probably how strptime handles two-digits years. In the examples above, most likely due to the formats: "%d.%m.%y %H:%M:%S" and "ymdHMS"
