When searching over IP address also modify port #34
Description
Currently there is a routine to ping known IP addresses when the provided ip is "". Depending on the identified ip address, we should also modify the port for both inst and client.
- 192.168.137.200: 51002
- 192.168.137.201: 51003
- 192.168.137.202: 51003
- 192.168.137.128: 51001
