nPlayServer does not play back data from analog inputs

This is not an issue with CereLink but it has popped up a couple times in other issues, which I will close in favour of this issue.

According to Blackrock support this is a known bug in the current version 7, a fix is upcoming, and it should also not happen in nPlayServer versions 6.5.4 and below.

I went back to an older version of CereLink which works with v6.5.4 and can confirm cbpy reads the analog input events/data properly running nPlayServer on Windows.

Note: v7.0.6 does play back the analog inputs again. Don't know starting from which version that is the case though (7.0.4 for instance does not do it).
