Only some characters show on the Timewarped Badge currency tooltip

Only a few of my many characters are showing up in the tooltip for Timewarped Badges - one I haven't logged into in months, one I haven't logged into for at least a full year, and a recent one. But not my main, even when I'm logged into my main. And not any of my other characters, even though I've logged into them since TWW started.

After a bunch of testing, the 'solution' to getting a character's currency to show up in the tooltip is:

1. log into that character, open currency panel and mouse over the specific currency in question
2. log into a different character
3. log back into the original character, open currency panel and mouse over the currency AGAIN
4. now their count of that currency will show up in its tooltip, on all characters
