Change component prefix to "cen"

Currently the two components in this library are using "app" as the prefix, which causes confusion as this is the typical prefix for new Angular applications.  In order to make it obvious that these components come from a library, I recommend changing to "cen":

* `cen-table`
* `cen-loading`

This would result in a new major release as it is a breaking change.
