Stuck creating environment

Hi ya'll, basically the same as the title, I'm trying to use MemBrain on some of my tomograms where I've generated segmented mebranes but I can't even get conda to solve the environment, activating the yml just leaves with me with 'Solving environment' for ages. Any help is appreciated
