Stuck on "Installing Paper..."

I'm doing this through PinecraftOS.
I've let it sit for a few hours and nothing happened.
I'm on a Raspberry Pi 400.
For the install, I selected the latest version with a random seed.
I don't know if it's an issue with my device or the OS.
I retried once.
I can't see if there are any error messages because it's using the UI thing.

Having the same issue on a Raspberry Pi 4 with 8Gb RAM. Have tried several different servers and am getting the same issue every time. Typically requested the Default seed each time. Any suggestions would be appreciated as I will eventually be setting the environment up on a SSD drive but doing testing on a 128Gb MicroSD card.

Additional information to the above. Attempted several times to do the install without having done any attempts at updating anything. Have since attempted to first do upgrades (sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade -y) and found over 500 updates available. Have now spent a couple of days trying to get the base updates to complete prior to doing the install and cannot get below 350 updates available before the system crashes and will not restart, resulting in my having to start over with the build. I am also attempting to perform the build on a 128Gb MicroSD card as I want to make sure everything works correctly before doing the build on a SSD drive. Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.
