Set permissions properly when running CDB_Add_Remote_Table #201
Description
Currently just granting SELECT to org role: https://github.com/CartoDB/cartodb-postgresql/blob/master/scripts-available/CDB_ForeignTable.sql#L60-L68
The workaround is to grant perms to publicuser. This should be better defined and implemented (both for org and non-org users)
Maybe publicuser just works ok for the general case.
