Mothballed Fleet Locator #108

From the NSC Suggestions Forum:
I think it would be useful to have a mothballed fleet locator.
If you have like a dozens of planets, and you forget where you mothballed a fleet, it can be a real pain to figure out where it is.
Perhaps something along the line of, if the player has mothballed fleets, a category for mothballed fleets could be in the situation log?
Even better would be that each planet with a mothballed fleet has its own entry within that situation log folder, and the description of the entry could list the name of the mothballed fleets on said planet?
