When resizing a window on Windows. Assets such as textures and fonts will start blinking in and out constantly, Does not occur on Linux or MacOS
Reproduction Steps
Open the renderexample and move around, Press ESC and then resize the window. Move around again and notice the fonts blinking in and out.
