Description
As discussed in the hangout, we should have the possibility to set-up hooktest with a yml file to have more detailed settings as the CLI becomes quite full...
This could be done with retrocompatibility by using a Settings class than can be fed from CLI or from YML :)
There is probably good YML dependencies available out there.
