This milestone is set for tasks that are out of scope of the current project. In other words, they might be good ideas and worthwhile, but they are not necessary for transitioning CanberraUAV to a formal, mature and adequate Safety Management System. This milestone is appropriate for tasks that make our tools usefull to people outside CanberraUAV. That's obviously desirable, it's just not strictly necessary for the core-business of making CanberraUAV safer.
Overdue by 10 year(s)•Due by December 31, 2015This phase of the SMS development will take the SMS delivered by the previous phase, and transition it to production use by CanberraUAV. This will finish when the safety working group completes it work, being replaced by a permanent, ongoing arangement that continously manages and improves CanberraUAV's safety. The actual milestone date will be updated to coincide with the 2014/2015 AGM.
