Move ./Tally/TallyMaps to generic maps #185
Description
TallyMaps can be used for more than just tallies: for example, they could be very useful for fields, source definitions, etc.
So I suggest moving the folder from the Tallies. This change is mostly restructuring the folder structure rather than the code itself. Since the maps take a particle state in and return an index, I suggest:
- moving them to either ParticleObjects/particleMaps, or if there are objections just Maps
- either renaming everything from tallyMaps to either maps or particleMaps.
